Upper Iowa University Athletics Hall of Fame
Keith Woolfolk attended Upper Iowa University from 1975 to 1979 and completed his graduation requirements in 1985. During his time at UIU, he was an All-American in basketball in 1978 and 1979. He was also selected as a member of the All-Iowa Conference First Team three times and was named the Conference’s Most Valuable Player in 1978. He led the Conference in scoring in 1978 and in 1979.
In Division III, Woolfolk was the second leading rebounder in the nation with 18.4 rebounds per game. His Upper Iowa career records include the top spot on the all-time leading rebounder list with a total of 1,473 rebounds. He also ranks third in school history with 1,910 total points. He scored in double figures in 77 consecutive games and in all of his games as a sophomore, junior and senior years.
For seven seasons after leaving UIU, Wollfolk played basketball in Greece, Portugal and Belgium. Currently, he lives with his wife Jhulaine and his son in Flushing, New York, where he has a medical administrative position with the U.S. Government.
