Finals Survival Kits

Finals can be stressful, overwhelming, and in many cases, exhausting for your students. UIU SAAC wants to help your student-athlete survive and thrive during finals week. With this purchase, your student will be given a “Finals Survival Kit” full of nutritious goods to get them through their finals. Finals Survival Kits will be delivered before each session's final exams.

Proceeds from the Finals Survival Kits will go towards UIU SAAC and their efforts towards providing graduation stoles for all graduating student-athletes.

Student-Athlete Graduation Stoles

SAAC has worked to fundraise, through their Finals Survival Kits, for student-athlete graduation stoles to be worn at 2025 Commencement. All student-athletes that are graduating have the ability to apply for a stole. Applications will be confirmed through Student-Athlete Development. These stoles will be theirs to keep after commencement.

Peer Mentor Program

The Peer Mentor Program, housed under Academic Success, is designed to match students who need guidance and additional support throughout their Upper Iowa University experience with trained mentors in order to improve their academic success and personal growth. PMP will offer the mentee an opportunity to connect with a mentor, who can help them better transition to college, meet new people, connect with others who share common interests, and lend a helping hand.
