Upper Iowa Athletics has two main strength and conditioning areas, the North Weight Room and the South Weight Room. Both facilities are located on the lower level of Dorman Memorial Gynasium.

Features of the North Weight Room:
- 12 racks
- A pair of 25lb chains at every rack
- 6 glute-ham machines
- 3 cable pull down machines
- 6 safety squat bars
- 12 trap bars
- 12 Titan Multi Grip Bars v3 Bars
- Inlaid platforms
- Field Turf Area (69' x 15' or 23 yds x 5yds)
- DB rack with weight ranging from 5 lbs. to 150 lbs.
- Various bands, Foam Rollers, Hurdles, Physio Balls, Bosu Balls, Battle Ropes, Jump Ropes, PVC Pipe, Med Balls, TRX Bands, Prowlers, Tires, and Sleds
South Weight Room

The South Weight Room is the original weight room of Dorman Gymnasium. Updated to coincide with Upper Iowa's move up to NCAA Division II, the platforms used with the racks feature the old gym floor prior to the court being redone for the 2003-04 season. Space was at a premium in the South Weight Room prior to 2013 when Strength and Conditioning expanded to the North Weight Room as well.
