At Upper Iowa University, we seek to enhance the student-athlete experience through an all-encompassing personal growth model. Student-Athlete Development assists student-athletes in finding and maintaining a balance between the demands of academics and athletics and in preparation for “life after sport”. Through collaborating with campus resources, Student-Athlete Development offers opportunities to enhance a student-athlete’s overall development, well-being and UIU experience.
