FAYETTE, Iowa - Upper Iowa track and field is set for competition at the Culver-Stockton (Mo.) Wildcat Invite in Canton, Missouri, on Saturday. Action is set to begin at 10 a.m. in Poulton Stadium.

LAST TIME OUT
UIU competed this past Monday at the Minnesota State Open. Junior Haylie Hutchinson led the Peacocks with a fifth-place finish in the 400m hurdles, posting a season-best time of 1:05.80. She also placed ninth in the triple jump at 11.07m (36' 4").
Rio Johnson finished eighth in the javelin with a throw of 25.86 (84' 10"), marking a qualifying distance for the GLVC Championships. This was also a career-best. Maya White Eagle finished 11th in the javelin, and Gracee Tomplins took 11th in both the discus and the shot put.
Katie Kraft finished 11th in the 1500m with a time of 5:43.45. UIU's 4x400m team took third place, and the 4x100m team came in fourth.
MEET INFORMATION
Field events start at 10 a.m. with the women's shot put, and running events start at 10:30 a.m. with the women's 10,000m run. The final women's event of the day is the 4x400m relay at 4:10 p.m. Team scores will be kept.

2025 CULVER-STOCKTON INVITATIONAL
Upper Iowa did not compete in last season's invitational. Washington University (Mo.) won the invite with 248 team points. Culver-Stockton came in second with 119.5 points, Central Methodist (Mo.) came in third with 86.5 points and Columbia College (Mo.) finished fourth with 75.67 points.
