2025-26: Competed in the 4x400m, 800m, 1000m, 1500m, mile, 2000m steeplechase, 3000m and 3000m steeplechase … participated at 10 different meets … took fifth in the 1000m and 2000m steeplechase at the Luther Invitational (2/7) … finished fifth in the 3000m at the Rittgers Invitational (4/22) with a time of 12:08.59 … ended season with career-best time in the 3000m steeplechase of 13:04.10 at the GLVC Outdoor Track and Field Championships (4/30-5/2).

Southern New Hampshire
2024-25: Competed in the 5000m and 3000m steeplechase … had a career-best time of 13:44.46 in the 3000m steeplechase at the Ed Daniels Invite (4/14) … totaled two top-10 finishes in her various events.

2023-24: Competed in the 1500m, mile, 3000m and 5000m … had a career-best time of 20:18.40 in the 5000m at the Northeast-10 Outdoor Track and Field Championships (5/3-4) … had a career-best time of 5:53.25 in the mile at the Panther Invitational II (2/3) … totaled three top-10 finishes in her various events.

Upper Iowa Cross Country
2025: Competed in three races throughout the season … had a career-best time of 22:56.0 in the 5k and placed 10th in the Sauk Valley Skyhawk Invitational (10/4) … had a career-best time of 28:06.4 in the 6k at the St. Olaf Invitational (9/20) … had a time of 22:58.7 in the 5k and was Upper Iowa’s top finisher at the All-American Invitational (9/13).

Personal: Daughter of Keith and Alice Kraft ... majoring in early childhood education.
