2025-26: Competed at nine events in the shot put … posted a season-best throw of 9.44m (30’ 11.75”) to end her season at the Rittgers Invitational (4/22) … marked a season-high placement with a throw of 9.33m (30’ 7.5”) to take 14th at the Liz Wuertz Indoor Meet (2/20-21).
2024-25: Did not compete.
2023-24: Appeared in two meets during the indoor season... posted a season-best 9.59m throw in the shot put at the Hilltop Invitational (1/20).
Glenbard East HS: Was a two-time conference champion.
Personal: Daughter of Derrick and Sharon Henderson ... majoring in criminal justice at UIU.
