The Northern Sun Conference handed out their women's tennis All-Conference awards Tuesday, and Varvara Ogorodnikova earned her second straight honor as an All-NSIC Second Team performer in singles competition.
 
Ogorodnikova, a native of Samara, Russia, led the Peacock tennis team this past spring. UIU's No. 1 in singles posted a 5-4 mark in NSIC duals this season and a 5-5 record in all competition and also paired with three different players to grab three wins in doubles matches. In her four seasons with the Peacocks, Ogorodnikova registered a career singles record of 29-17 including a mark of 17-11 in conference action and a career doubles record of 23-26 including 16 NSIC wins in 31 matches.

Upper Iowa closed out their final season of tennis in the Northern Sun with a record of 0-11 in conference duals.
