Aleesha averaged a team-high 18.5 points over the weekend and added 6.5 assists per game as UIU fell to Sioux Falls and defeated Southwest Minnesota State. The senior shot 44% from the floor over the two games. 

Team:
- Peacocks snapped a three-game losing streak with their 59-54 win over Southwest Minnesota State at home on Saturday
- UIU lost 72-62 to Sioux Falls on Friday night
- Whitney Kieffer added 12.5 points, 8.5 rebounds and 2 assists per game
- The Peacocks held their opponents to just 19.2% (5-26) from three over the weekend and outrebounded their guests 70-68
- Upper Iowa will head to central Minnesota for games against Minnesota State and Concordia-St. Paul this Friday and Saturday, Dec. 11-12
