Upper Iowa University Athletics

#Kayla Wagner# was dominant at the net for UIU with 15 blocks over the weekend including 7 solo blocks.  The senior averaged 2.14 blocks/set while adding 14 digs and converting 10 kills and a service ace on offense.
 
The Peacocks went 1-1 this weekend with a 3-0 sweep of Sioux Falls and a 3-1 loss to #1 SMSU.  The set won against the Mustangs was only the eighth time this year SMSU has dropped.  
 
Upper Iowa will have a busy week with a road match at #14 Minnesota State on Thursday.  The Peacocks will be back home on Saturday for a match with the #2 Golden Bears of Concordia-St. Paul at 5 p.m.
