A trio of Peacocks have garnered 2025 Softball All-Conference Honors.
Tristin Doster was named to the All-GLVC Second Team,
Serah Shafer accumulated All-GLVC Third Team honors, and
Sara Reid was named the James R. Spalding Sportsmanship Award recipient.

Tristin Doster started in all 45 games she appeared in, splitting reps at catcher and first base. She finished second on the team with a .329 batting average, 47 hits and 26 runs. Doster hit nine doubles on the year, which included doubles in both games of Upper Iowa's double header against Quincy and Missouri Western State. She recorded a team-high three RBIs while leading the Peacocks with nine home runs and 45 RBIs. Doster's nine home runs are the third most in the GLVC, and her 45 RBIs rank sixth in the conference. Her season was highlighted by a 3-3 performance in game one against William Jewell, where she recorded two home runs with a career-high eight RBIs, while scoring two runs. In game two against WJC, she would remain perfect, hitting 2-2 with two runs. Doster was named the GLVC Player of the Week following Upper Iowa's double header series against Truman State and Quincy. She posted a .615 batting average across UIU's four games, hitting 8-13 with two doubles. Doster scored four runs over the weekend, while posting eight RBIs. She hit recorded at least one hit and on RBI across all four games, while hitting a home run in both games against Truman State. She followed that up with a 3-4 performance over Quincy, where she led the Peacocks with three RBIs, while adding one run.

Serah Shafer started in all 47 games this season, hitting in the lead-off role for Upper Iowa. She recorded team-highs with a .406 batting average, 71 hits and 40 runs. Her 71 hits in a season ranked second in school history, and she added five doubles and two triples on the year. Shafer recorded 13 RBIs with two home runs, including a two-run walk-off homer in Upper Iowa's 14-12 win over William Jewell. She posted at least one hit in 40 games, while recording three of more hits in seven games. Shafer hit a perfect 4-4 in the Peacocks win over Lincoln, where she scored two runs with two RBIs. She scored three runs in three different games, and put together a nine-game streak of scoring at least one run. Shafer closed out the season by breaking an 18-year-old school record, as she became Upper Iowa's all-time stolen bases leader with 63, in just three seasons. She recorded a career-high 28 stolen bases on 33 attempts in 2025, which ranks third overall in the GLVC.

Sara Reid was honored with the sportsmanship award, as she continuously demonstrated positive sportsmanship and ethical behavior, while striving for success in the classroom. She pitched 14 complete games for the Peacocks, accumulating eight victories. Reid recorded a team-high 107 strikeouts on the year, including a season-high ten strikeouts against St. Cloud State. She led the Peacocks to victory against nationally ranked Indianapolis, and GLVC Regular Season Champions, Lewis, striking out seven batters in both games.
