Men's basketball graduate student Nick Reid continues to rack up postseason honors, being named to both the D2CCA All-Midwest Region and D2CCA All-America teams.
 
The Division II Conference Commissioners Association All-America and All-Region Basketball Teams are sponsored by the Division II Conference Commissioners Association (D2CCA). The teams are voted on by the members of D2SIDA, NCAA Division II Sports Information Directors Association.
 
The Peacock forward was listed on the D2CCA All-Midwest Region First Team, joined by GLVC members Andrew Young (Missouri S&T) and Jordan Jermain (William Jewell). He was shortly after named to the D2CCA All-America Second Team.
Reid capped his senior season as GLVC Player of the Year, averaging 23.8 points and 8.3 rebounds per game. He finishes his career at Upper Iowa with 1,804 points (6th all-time) and 931 rebounds (5th all-time).

The Central City, Iowa native scored 713 points this season, shooting 42.6% from the field (214-502), 35.0% from three (89-254), and 85.6% from the free throw line (196-229). He snagged 249 rebounds, including 48 offensive boards, and added 62 assists, 29 steals, and 23 blocks. He recorded a career-high 35 points against Roosevelt and McKendree and scored 30+ points eight times. He scored in double figures in all 30 games and posted eight double-doubles, including a career-high 16 rebounds against Roosevelt.

The Division II Conference Commissioners Association encourages and promotes Division II athletics and high standards of sportsmanship as important elements of higher education. The CCA is a key communications link among the conferences as they discuss views, policies and regulations that impact Division II intercollegiate athletics and works closely with the NCAA as a communications channel to NCAA Division II member colleges and universities.
