The Peacocks will now be sending seven wrestlers to the NCAA Division II Championships in Pueblo, Colo. this week after the NCAA added UIU's
Jordan Rinken to the list of national qualifiers. The freshman 149 pounder finished 5th at the NCAA Super Regional 3 in St. Cloud, Minn., but Steven Sandefer of the University of Indianapolis is out of the Championships. Sandefer claimed third place at the regional, but in his absence, Keenan Hagerty of Maryville University moves up to the third slot and Rinken takes over fourth.
Rinken, a true freshman from Denver, Iowa and Waverly-Shell Rock HS, posted a 28-9 record this year including a 9-6 mark in Division II match ups. The wins included 11 by fall, 1 by technical fall and 4 by major decision.

Winston Robbins (#6, 157),
Blake Sorensen (#7, 165),
Wade Gobin (#6, 174),
Mitch Schultz (#8, 184) and
Zach Rosol (#6, 285).
