INDIANAPOLIS - Upper Iowa's Mante Morrow was named the GLVC Offensive Player of the Week. This marks the first GLVC POTW honor for the senior receiver in his Peacock career. 

Morrow becomes the first player to win the offensive award since quarterback Darryl Overstreet Jr. won it last season on Nov. 11, 2024. Kicker Nathan Behne was the last football player for the Peacocks to earn GLVC POTW honors on Nov. 18, 2024. 

The senior receiver led the Peacocks this past weekend with 216 receiving yards and four touchdowns. Both of those marked a career high for Morrow, helping UIU beat South Dakota Mines, 58-14. 

The Peacocks are back in action this weekend against No. 24 Michigan Tech on Saturday, Sept. 20. Kickoff is scheduled for 3 p.m. CT / 4 p.m. ET in Houghton, Michigan.
