LIBERTY, Mo. - UIU (0-4-3, 0-4-1 GLVC) tied William Jewell (Mo.) (0-6-1, 0-3-1 GLVC), 1-1, after WJC scored a goal during the 89th minute of the game. Midfielder Giovanna Alexa Garcia scored a goal three minutes into the second half.
The Peacocks scored the first goal of the game in the 48th minute of the game, as midfielder Alyssa Torres passed the ball to midfielder Aeryn Hatico before finding Alexa Garcia near the 15-yard line on the left side of the pitch. Alexa Garcia fired a shot into the lower-left corner of the net.
