FAYETTE, Iowa - Peacock women's golf participates in the William Penn Spring Statesman Shootout on April 8 at 10 a.m. The meet is one 18-hole round and takes place at Edmundson Golf Course in Oskaloosa. 

LAST TIME OUT
Upper Iowa placed fifth with a score of 336 (+48) at the Upper Iowa Invitational. Addison Weber led the team with a third-place finish, shooting 79 (+7). She also led all participants in the tournament in birdies with four.

Brynn Bonefas tied for 15th, totaling 83 (+11). Fern Babinski and Delaney Martin tied for 15th, shooting 87 (+15). Lizzy Ellis tied for 35th, scoring 91 (+19). 

MEET INFO
The meet features six other teams: Simpson College, Central Methodist (Mo.), Indian Hills CC, Southeastern CC, North Central Missouri College, William Penn and Des Moines Area CC. Four teams compete in the NJCAA, while one represents Division III and one is part of the NAIA.

The Edmundson Golf Course is a par-70 course built in 1940. The course is 4,834 yards out from the black tees. It is known for its mature tree-lined fairways, challenging greens and a creek that comes into play on many holes.
