The Upper Iowa University Athletics Department is excited to announce a partnership with Influxer, an officially licensed vendor that allows student-athletes to sell unique and custom apparel through a Name, Image, and Likeness (NIL) agreement.

"Upper Iowa Athletics is constantly looking to provide the best student-athlete experience possible," said Senior Associate Athletics Director Howie Thompson. "We're excited to partner with Influxer and allow each and every Peacock student-athlete the opportunity to sign a NIL agreement during their time here in Fayette. Influxer allows fans, alumni, and families of Upper Iowa to show their support for the University, the Athletics Department, and their favorite Peacock student-athletes as well."

Started by former college student-athletes, Influxer has partnered with over 400 schools to deliver custom apparel that features a student-athlete's sport, name, and number. Through the partnership, student-athletes will gain valuable experience in branding, entrepreneurship, and marketing.

"The NIL landscape is constantly evolving and working with the Peacock Athletics Department has been an amazing opportunity to see the vision they have for Upper Iowa providing great options through Influxer for their student-athletes," said Influxer Vice President Keith Miller. "They see this as not simply a transactional opportunity, but as an opportunity to develop long term skills for life."

Every Peacock student-athlete has the ability to create their own personalized shop through Influxer. While Influxer takes care of the logistics and customer service, they meet with the student-athletes to work on creative elements, design, and marketing.
