This week's Yoga Genesis Player of the Week honorees are a pair of wrestlers, Lawson Losee (men's wrestling) and Toyia Griffin (women's wrestling).

Men's wrestling grappled to a 10th-place finish at the NWCA National Duals over the weekend and knocked off two top-ten teams throughout the event, defeating #2 Glenville State (20-14) on day one and #9 Tiffin (30-13) on day two.
Losee finished the tournament with a 3-1 record, securing victories over three top-15 wrestlers, including two from the top five. The 174-pounder trumped the #1 wrestler (Hayden Pummel, Glenville State) in a 6-5 decision to kick off the event and later and later #4 Josh Kenny (Grand Valley) in a 5-4 decision. On day two, he conquered #15 Jakob Hurley (Tiffin) by decision (4-2).

Women's wrestling competed at the Lakeland Scramble in Plymouth, Wis. where Griffin battled to a second-place finish. The junior dominated the competition as she won three consecutive matches by fall, trumping Katie Whelan (Augsburg), Julianna Onate (Joliet JC), and Jessica Komolafe (Joliet JC). In the semifinals, Griffin took down Teagan McKinnie (UW-Stevens Point) by a tech fall in a 10-0 victory. Griffin concluded the impressive day in the second after dropping the final round in a 10-1 decision.
