THIS WEEK IN PEACOCK WOMEN'S CROSS COUNTRY… Upper Iowa will be competing in their first 6K meet of the season in Northfield, Minn. St. Olaf will be hosting the Invitational which will begin on Saturday, Sept. 21 at 10 a.m.

SEASON RECAP… Upper Iowa has participated in two 5K meets this season, placing third at Wartburg College and eighth at Luther College.
Eryn Sabelka posted the Peacocks best time in both events and is coming off a season-high with a time of 22:47.0.
Tessa Lopardo also set a personal record at Luther, crossing the finish line in 36:17.3.
Jaydin Dettman has placed second for the Peacocks in both events, recording a personal-best time of 23:07.3 at Wartburg.
Genevieve Chenoweth and
Gracie Powers also set their season-highs at Wartburg with Chenoweth crossing the finish line at 36:53.5 and Powers at 37:52.4.
SCOUTING ST. OLAF… The Lions have hosted both meets that they have competed in, with their season being highlighted by a first-place finish at the Ole 5K Opener. St. Olaf had 13 runners place in the top 20, which included three runners finishing in the top four. Alison Bode placed first with a time of 19:02.8, Grace Moeller came in second at 19:19.6 and Sofia Carlson took fourth place, completing the race in 19:28.6.
MARK YOUR CALENDARS… The Peacocks will close out the regular season at Sauk Valley CC in Dixon, Ill. for the Skyhawk Invite. The meet will be held on Saturday, Oct. 5 at 10 a.m.
