The Great Lakes Valley Conference announced their Women's Basketball All-Conference Teams which featured three Peacocks for the first time in school history. Fifth year Katie Tornstrom was named to the All-GLVC First Team, junior Mia Huberty was honored as an All-GLVC Second Teamer, and fifth year Brooke Evenson was named to the All-GLVC Third Team.

Katie Tornstrom has averaged 15.4 points per game on 41.0% shooting from the floor and 34.7% from beyond the arc. Tornstrom scored a season-high 29 points over Illinois Springfield while adding ten rebounds. She surpassed the 20-point mark eleven times this season, while adding five double-doubles. Tornstrom averaged 7.6 rebounds, 3.7 assists, and the third-most steals in the GLVC at 2.3 per game. Tornstrom dished out five+ assists seven times on the year, highlighted by a nine-assist game against Drury and a seven assist game versus Missouri S&T where she didn't commit a turnover. She recorded six steals against Truman State and Quincy and added a five steal, three block performance against Southwest Baptist while also scoring 25-points and hauling in 11 rebounds. Tornstrom made 4+ three pointers 12 times this season, which includes a game-tying three pointer against McKendree with five seconds remaining. She became the 15th Peacock to achieve 1,000 career points, after scoring 23-points in a victory over Quincy.
 
Mia Huberty has scored a team-high 16.5 points per game on 46.6% shooting while converting on 37.2% of her three pointers while adding 3.6 assists per game. She has scored in double figures 21 times, and is currently on an eight-game double figures scoring streak. Huberty scored a career-high 29 points against Indianapolis and she has also finished with 27 points against both Lewis and Southwest Baptist. She recorded a 14-point, 10-assist double-double against Truman State and she added a near triple double performance with 16 points, eight rebounds and eight assists against McKendree. Huberty blocked four shots in her second meeting with McKendree and hauled in a season-high nine rebounds in the season finale versus Southwest Baptist. Huberty scored her biggest shot of the season on a midrange fadeaway with one second remaining over Indianapolis, which gave Upper Iowa a 79-77 victory. On top of being an All-Conference selection, she was also a James R. Spalding Sportsmanship Award Honoree.
 
Brooke Evenson recorded 13.7 points per game on 44.4% shooting while going 33.0% from three, and she led UIU with 7.6 rebounds and 1.1 blocks per game. Evenson scored a career-high 28 points against Illinois Springfield on 11-17 shooting while going 5-9 from the three-point line. She scored in double figures 21 times, and is currently on ten-game double digit scoring streak. Evenson has led Upper Iowa with eight triple doubles which includes and 18-point, 13-rebound performance against McKendree. She has recorded at least one block and one steal in 14 games, highlighted by a three blocks, two steals game against Illinois Springfield and a four steals, two blocks performance against Truman State. In the regular season finale, Evenson swished a three pointer from the left corner as time expired, to give the Peacocks a one-point victory over Southwest Baptist. Evenson became the 14th Peacock to score 1,000 career points, as she dropped 22 points in a victory over Indianapolis and she currently ranks seventh on the all-time scoring list with 1,111 career points.

Upper Iowa has qualified to the GLVC Postseason Tournament after accumulating an overall record of 14-12 while going 11-11 in GLVC competition. The Peacocks will be the #7-seed in the conference tournament after posting their best record since the 2001-02 season.
