The Peacock guard hit 8-13 from the field and 3-3 at the free throw line, while pulling down six rebounds and snaring two steals.

Augustana found their stride after the second Peacock run and pushed their lead back to double digits. With just over eight minutes to play, Augie led by 11 points, 76-65, but Upper Iowa began to slowly chip away at the margin and eventually tied the game at 82-82 on a three-pointer from the top of the key by Reid. Minutes later, Hilmer drove into the lane and Max Duax hit a huge three-pointer from the corner to knot the score at 87-87 with 43 seconds showing on the clock. After Akoi knocked down a jumper in the lane, Jake Hilmer answered for the visitors with a driving layup over pressure to tie the score at 89-all with five seconds to play.
