2020-21: Named to All-NSIC Second Team... Named to NSIC All-Academic Team... started all 17 games where he averaged 14.8 points, 4.2 assists and 2.9 rebounds per game... Hilmer's 72 assists was the fourth-highest total in the NSIC... had 10 double-digit performances including four where he went for 20+... the Walker, Iowa native held the fifth best mark from the stripe in the NSIC at 86.5%.

2019-20: Started all 30 games as a freshman .. named an All-NSIC honorable mention... averaged 12.2 points, 4.6 assists and 2.9 rebounds per game... Hilmer's 137 assists was the third-highest total in the NSIC... had 20 double-digit scoring performances including four 20+ point performances.

High School: 2A 2019 State Champion ... 2019 Co Iowa Mr. Basketball... Iowa All Time Leader in steals and assists... Scored 2000 points, made 1000 assists, and recorded 500 steals at North Linn... The Gazette's 2019 male athlete of the year.
