Record Watch
Redshirt junior quarterback Cole Jaeschke has his name on top of seven Peacock records and the Moorland, Iowa native is looking to add more this season. His 7 touchdown passes this season have tied him with Hall of Famer Jeff Roth (1989-92) with 46 in his career, just two shy of Jesse Willis' (1995-98) total. For his career, Jaeschke has now thrown for 6,081 yards, just 298 yards shy of Jeff Roth's all-time leading mark of 6,379 yards.

The Series... The Peacocks and Wolves met four times from 2006-09 including a pair of games at each team's home stadium. Northern State earned 26-20 and 55-35 wins over the first two years, but Upper Iowa bounced back with 31-26 and 42-35 wins to even the series. The teams have not met since UIU's 21-point rally and overtime victory in Fayette in 2009.
