Peacocks travel to Quincy for penultimate regular-season contest

UIU aiming to clinch winning season at 1 p.m. against the Hawks

FAYETTE, Iowa - Peacock football (5-4, 4-2 GLVC) boards the bus for its final road game of the season against Quincy (Ill.) (3-6, 2-4 GLVC). Kickoff is scheduled for 1 p.m. in QU Stadium on Saturday, Nov. 7.

UIU is 2-1 since joining the GLVC against the Hawks, losing the first matchup in 2023, but winning the previous two. Upper Iowa picked up a 41-8 win over the Hawks on Nov. 8, 2025, in Harms-Eischeid Stadium last season.

With a win, Upper Iowa will clinch its third-straight winning season. UIU last had three-straight winning seasons from 2013-15, all with 6-5 records. 22 wins in three seasons would be a program record for the Peacocks.
