Iris Verweij (So., 5-10, Amsterdam, Netherlands, Bruguera Tennis Academy)
·         Went 2-0 at #1 doubles with Saki Kawabata against Minnesota State and Southwest Minnesota State
·         Went 2-0 at #1 singles against MSU and SMSU, surrendering just 6 of 36 games.
 
Team
·         Upper Iowa continued its undefeated run in the 2015 NSIC Tennis season with a 4-0 record thanks to a pair of 9-0 wins over Minnesota State and Southwest Minnesota State
·         The Peacocks didn't lose a set during the 18 matches played
·         The Peacocks have won all 36 matches in four NSIC duals this season
·         Saki Kawabata and Kelly Jachymowski moved to a team-best 7-2 record this year, with Iris Verweij close behind at 6-3
·         The Peacocks are back in action on Friday, Feb. 27, against St. Cloud State before taking on Minnesota Duluth on Saturday, Feb. 28. Both duals take place in St. Cloud, Minn.
