Upper Iowa University Athletics

2014-16: Played at Kirkwood Community College... earned several postseason honors including NJCAA Region XI All-Tournament Team, as well as the NJCAA Region XI and All-Iowa Community College Athletic Conference Second Team following the 2016 season... played a big part of the Eagles going 34-10 and placing seventh at the NJCAA National Championships for the second straight season... Kirkwood posted a 64-27 record over the last two seasons under Head Coach Jill Williams, an alumna of Upper Iowa and former Peacock volleyball assistant coach... led the Eagles in blocks over the last two seasons with 313... her 163 blocks in 2016 ranked 10th nationally, and her 150 blocks in 2015 ranked 18th best in the nation... knocked down 281 kills (1.9/set) last season following 181 as a freshman... worked hard in the classroom earning a pair of Academic All-Region XI Second Team honors.
 
High School: Three-time All-Upper Iowa Conference performer... named to the All-UIC first Team as a senior after a pair of second Team honors as a sophomore and junior.
 
Personal: Born November 12, 1996... daughter of Barry and Michelle Armstrong,.. human services and psychology major.
