Sarah Stevelinck joined the Peacock volleyball coaching staff as an assistant coach in the spring of 2024.
Stevelinck has previously played for the UIU volleyball program as a libero from 2020-22, appearing in 166 sets over the course of 49 matches. She made six starts as a defensive specialist, accumulating 348 digs for an average of 2.10 per set. Stevelinck finished third on the team with an average of 2.22 digs per set in 2021 and she recorded a career-high 15 digs three times on the season. She added 32 service aces and recorded 36 assists throughout her career and was honored as the Myles Brand All-Academic Distinction Award Winner in 2022.
A native of Lyons, Colorado, Stevelinck graduated from Upper Iowa in 2022 with a bachelor's degree in exercise and sports studies and a master's degree in sports administration.
