Megan Flaherty joins the Peacock volleyball coaching staff prior to the 2023 season as an assistant coach.

Flaherty began her coaching career in 2019, where she was an assistant at Jonathan Alder High School through 2021. Additionally, she was also the Head Coach with the Great Columbus Volleyball Club from 2019-2023.

The Dublin, Ohio native played collegiate volleyball at Wittenberg University, where she was a part of four straight Conference Championships, four straight NCAA Tournament Appearances, and two National Runner-Up teams in 2015 and 2017. She finished her collegiate career with an overall 103-15 record.

Flaherty earned her Bachelor’s degree in education.
