Jenna Sullivan returns for her sixth season with the Upper Iowa volleyball program in 2023-24 after joining the Peacocks prior to the 2018 season.
Sullivan came to UIU from Loras College, a NCAA Division III institution in Dubuque, Iowa. Sullivan served as the Assistant Director of Athletic Communications and Assistant Women's Volleyball Coach for the Duhawks beginning in August 2016.  Â

Prior to her time at Loras, the Woodbury, Minn. native coached the Kokoro Volleyball Club in Minneapolis, Minn. for five years.

Sullivan earned her bachelor's degree in 2015 in human services with minors in psychology and Spanish at Saint Mary's University in Winona, Minn. While earning her degree, she was a four-year varsity member of the Cardinals volleyball team. The two-year captain appeared in 78 matches recording 489 kills and 617 digs.

In addition to her time on the court, Sullivan also served the SMU athletics department as a member of the Student-Athlete Advisory Committee holding several positions within the committee. In June 2015, Sullivan participated in the NCAA Career in Sports Forum.
