Tristin Doster is in her first season as a student assistant coach in 2026 after playing for the Peacocks in 2025. During her only season with Upper Iowa, she earned All-GLVC Second Team after starting in all 45 games she appeared in. Doster posted a .329 batting average with 47 hits, including nine doubles, a team-high three triples and a team-high nine home runs. She also earned GLVC Player of the Week honors once.
Prior to Upper Iowa, she attended Campbell and the University of Iowa. She was an All-CAA First Team selection at Campbell with a .311 batting average. At Iowa, she appeared in 80 games with 71 starts with a .291 batting average in her two seasons. She was also a CSC Academic All-District selection at Iowa. Â
