Milo Bruce-Burgess

Milo Bruce-Burgess starts his second season with the Peacock men’s soccer team in 2019. The graduate assistant earned his Bachelor’s degree in Health, Wellness and Recreation from William Penn University in 2015. 
 
Bruce-Burgess began his collegiate career at North Iowa Area Community College in Mason City where was named a NJCAA All-Region second team performer while helping the Trojans to a ICCAC Title. He spent his final two years with the Statesmen soccer program making 36 starts, scoring 7 goals, including a pair of game-winning goals in overtime, and adding 5 assists. Bruce-Burgess was a two-time NAIA men’s scholar athlete and a team captain with the program as a senior.
 
Prior to his time in the United States, he played for the Brockenhurst Football Academy in England helping them win national championships in 2009 and 2010. Bruce-Burgess has experience in coaching with time at Roy High School as the boys and girls assistant coach and head junior varsity coach and also was a student assistant at William Penn in the spring of 2015.
 
The Brockenhurst, England product holds a Goalkeeper 1 license from United Soccer Coaches, a USSF E license, and an English FA Level 2 coaching license. Bruce-Burgess is working toward a Master’s Degree in sports administration with an emphasis in coaching and leadership.
