2012-13: As a true sophomore, Ogbonna saw action in 16 games, including 12 NSIC games … averaged 4.3 points and 2.3 rebounds per game… finished tied for fifth in rebounding and was second on the team with 1.4 offensive rebounds per game… in conference play, he averaged 5.1 ppg and 2.5 rpg … took 50 total shots during the year making 26 of them (52%) … took 26 free throws and made 17 of them (65%) … racked up 13 points in 14 minutes missing only one shot (5-for-6) and grabbing four rebounds, including three offensive boards against Sioux Falls on Jan. 26 ... played 126 total minutes and averaged 8.6 minutes per game in NSIC play … finished the year with 69 total points, 37 rebounds, 1 assist, 8 turnovers and 3 steals … finished 7th on the team in scoring (4.3 ppg) including 5.1 ppg in conference play.

High School: Earned First-Team All-Conference honors as a junior and senior... also played tight end for the Brown  Deer High School and earned First-Team All-Conference honors on the field.
