Biography

2021: Played in all 11 games... caught 17 passes for 223 yards... his longest reception of 59 yards came in the season opener vs. Minnesota-Duluth... returned five punts for 53 yards, including a season high of 28... named to NSIC All-Academic Team of Excellence... NSIC Myles Brand All-Academic with Distinction Award winner.

2020: Upper Iowa did not compete due to the pandemic.

2019: played in 11 games ... recorded 10 tackles, eight solo ... caught 14 passes for 142 yards and a touchdown ... longest reception was 42 yards... named to NSIC All-Academic Team of Excellence

2018: played in nine games… returned one kick for nine yards… recorded three tackles, one of which was solo

Personal: Son of Mark and Tammy Canny... graduated with a Bachelor's degree in communication studies in 2020... currently pursuing Masters degree in sports administration.
