Ju’Wan Murphy joins the Peacock coaching staff prior to the 2022 fall season as a graduate assistant. Murphy will dedicate his skills and attention to the defensive end.
His first coaching experience was as a student coach and mentor at Edison High School beginning in 2016. This previous commitment involved the management of varsity, junior varsity and freshman teams, ensuring that ethics and teamwork were properly implemented.
Murphy graduated from Humboldt State University with a Bachelor’s degree in journalism where he earned several Dean’s List awards. His next educational institution was Chadron State College, where he earned his Master’s in sports administration.
