Crowley returns for his second season with the Peacock football program in 2020-21 as a graduate assistant in charge of equipment management. After graduating with honors from Ball State University with a Bachelor's Degree in sports administration and a minor in foundations of management, Crowley worked as the equipment manager for the Indiana Wesleyan University football program. He is originally from Muncie, Indiana. Crowley is working toward his master's degree in sports administration at UIU.
