2021: Played in 25 matches, making 18 starts as a middle blocker... recorded 118 kills (1.48/set) with a .221 hitting percentage... finished second on the team with 59 total blocks (0.74/set)... tied her career high of 7 block assists in the first round matchup of the NSIC Tournament vs. Winona St. (11/18/21)... named to the NSIC All-Academic Team of Excellence.
2020: Competitive season canceled due to the pandemic
2019: Saw action in seven games and 11 sets prior to an injury… tallied 14 kills (1.27/set), four digs, four blocks, and an assist.Â
High School: Willis was a three-time All-North Iowa Cedar League first team performer, three-time Iowa Class 2A All-Northeast District team member, and three-time Outstanding Player in the Conference honoree. Willis earned a spot on the Class 2A All-State second team in both 2016 and 2017, as well as the Class 2A State All-Tournament team in 2017. She received a Des Moines Register All-Iowa Honorable Mention nod following her junior campaign. Willis finished her impressive career with 1,031 kills, 702 digs, and 372 blocks after recording 275 kills, 202 digs, and 80 blocks in her final season.

Personal: Daughter of Jesse and Lori Willis... exercise science major... Both Jesse ('98) and Lori ('99) are four-year letter winners and graduates of Upper Iowa; Jesse was a quarterback with the Peacock football team and threw a program-record 26 touchdowns as a senior, while Lori was an outside hitter with the volleyball team and put down 443 kills in her time in Fayette.
