Biography

2019: Played in all 30 games… tallied 157 kills (1.54/set) with a .237 hitting efficiency… ranked second on the team with 79 blocks including seven solos… added 21 digs and four assists… recorded four games with double-figure kills including a season-high 17 against St. Cloud State in the regular season finale… registered 10 games with four or more blocks capped off by a season-high eight against SCSU in the NSIC Semifinals.

2018: Played in three matches… recorded two kills.

Illinois Central College: Milnes earned NJCAA all-region first team honors as a sophomore in 2017... played in 81 matches over two seasons with the Cougars... posted 538 kills, 328 blocks and 123 digs.

High School: Milnes was named the Three Rivers Conference Player of the Year after her senior season at Phophetstown High School... earned a place in the National Honor Society member... served as the student council president... earned an Illinois State Scholar award.

Personal: Born on May 13, 1998... daughter of Christina Barton-Howard and Chad Milnes ... social science major.
