Biography

2021: Named to the NSIC All-Academic Team... played in 34 games making 32 starts... batted .244 thanks to 22 hits including seven doubles... scored 19 runs, drove in five... led the Peacocks in walks (19), hit-by-pitches (10), and on-base percentage (.429)... had just error splitting time between right fielder and catcher... his .993 fielding percentage was top ten in the NSIC.

2020: Named to the NSIC All-Academic Team... played in nine games making six starts... batted .300, had six hits including a double, scored three times, walked twice and drove in a run... Season suspended due to global pandemic.

2019: Played in 32 games, making 25 starts between catcher and designated hitter… Batted .262, had 22 hits, drove in 14 runs, and crossed the plate 19 times for the Peacocks.

2018: Had one plate appearance and drew a walk against Missouri S&T.

High School: First Team All-Conference catcher as a junior and senior... named Second Team All-State as a senior... made the American Legion All-Star Team as a junior and senior... named team captain as a junior and senior.

Personal: Son of Dan and Ericka Routhieaux... graphic design major.
