2013-14: NSIC All-Academic Team ... played in all 30 games, making 10 starts ... averaged 8.0 points, 3.6 rebounds and 1.3 assists per game ... lead the team in total rebounds ... finished third on the team in assists and minutes played, fifth in steals and points ... scored in double-digits 10 times, including a stretch of four straight from Jan. 18 through Jan. 31 where he averaged 12.8 points per game. 

2012-13: As a true sophomore, Pagel finished fifth on the team in scoring and second in three-point shooting … appeared in all 32 games and made 25 starts ... averaged 6.1 points, 1.8 rebounds and 0.9 assists per game ... recorded a 35-percent three-point shooting average and a 41-percent field goal percentage … made 22-of-31 free throws (71%) … recorded 13 points against Minot State (2/27/13) in the opening round of the NSIC/Sanford Health Men’s Basketball Tournament before earning a career-high 19 points on 5-of-7 shooting and 4-of-6 shooting from beyond the arc against Augustana in the NCAA Division II Regionals … registered five double-digit scoring games ... recorded a season-high five rebounds at U-Mary on Jan. 12 … recorded a season-high three assists two different times (vs. Central Missouri on 11/25/12 and vs. Winona State on 1/15/13) …  played the fifth-most minutes on the team totaling 694 minutes … finished the year with 196 points, 59 rebounds, 30 assists, 35 turnovers, 2 blocks and 10 steals … In 22 conference matchups, Pagel shot 34-percent from the floor, 29-percent from deep and 73-percent from the free-throw line.

2011-12: Appeared in all 26 of UIU's games while making 13 starts ... Averaged 5.5 points, 1.9 rebounds, and 1.2 assists per game ... Shot 36.2% from the field, 34.1% from three point range, and converted 52.4 percent from the free throw line... Recorded a career-high 14 points twice (vs. Concordia-St. Paul 1-8-12, and vs. Augustana 1-20-12)... recorded a career-high 6 rebounds vs. Minnesota, Crookston, 2-17-12 ... Dealed out a careeer-high 5 assists twice (vs. Concorida-St. Paul on 1-8-12, and at Minnesota State Moorhead on 1-13-12.

High School: Pagel was named a two-time First-Team All-Conference selection and a two-time All-District selection during his junior and senior seasons ... also earned All-State honors during his final year with the Cougars ... averaged 18 points and 7 rebounds per game as a senior, while averaging 15 points per game as a junior.
