Biography
2012: Named a Second-Team All-Conference selection following her senior season… the Cedar Rapids native netted her first collegiate goal against Augustana on the 21st of October in the 103rd minute of double-overtime… that goal not only gave the Peacocks the win, but it gave this 2012 squad a regular-season school-record 14 wins… played in every match for UIU and started 19 of them at the left perimeter defender… helped shut down the opponents’ leading scorers while her defense was credited with an NSIC-best 14 shutouts… took only five shots all year, but placed four of those on goal.
2011: Started all 20 matches... recorded one assist... took 10 shots and placed three on frame.
2010: Appeared and started in 12 matches before suffering season ending injury…took six shots from her defensive position while placing four on goal…had a two shot outing vs. Northwestern (9/3/10).
2009: Started 15 matches in 23 appearances over first season of action…made first career start at Hawaii Pacific...tallied one assist in victory at Chaminade (8/29/09)...took 12 shots while placing six on goal.
Personal: Born March 28, 1991...daughter of Paul and Rebecca Bunting...business administration major.
