The Peacocks were unable to hold off the nationally ranked #17-Flyers, as Lewis won the regular season finale by a score of 84-58.

Lewis thrived on the offensive end as they scored at least 19 points in all four quarters while putting up efficient shooting numbers. The Flyers converted 54.0% (34-63) of their shots to UIU's 42.3% (22-52), while knocking down ten three pointers on 23 attempts (43.5%). Lewis' bench also put up 42 points to the Peacocks 23 and they scored 36 points in the paint to Upper Iowa's 26.

The Peacocks had a successful fourth quarter where they shot 8-13 from the floor (61.5%) while hitting 6-8 of their free throws (75.0%).
Anna Soler and
Sydnee Nelson each opened the period by scoring and one baskets, with Soler's shot coming off the Peacocks forcing a turnover.
Lindsey Davis would convert three two-pointers in a row to finish with seven points on the day, with two of her shots coming in the paint.
Abbie Riederer would add a top of the key three pointer, before
Kenzie Deaton closed out the game by swishing a pair of free throws.

Mia Huberty scored 12 points while shooting 6-12 from the field. She added two rebounds and two assists.

The Peacocks conclude the regular season with a 13-13 overall record while going 10-10 in conference play. They will look ahead to the GLVC Championships where their Quarterfinal matchup will take place on either Thursday, Mar. 6 or Friday, Mar. 7 at a time that is yet to be determined.
