LAST WEEK IN REVIEW
The Peacocks picked up a split last weekend at home, succumbing to Rockhurst 3-0 before pulling off the reverse sweep (3-2) against William Jewell the following day.

Upper Iowa fell in the first two sets to William Jewell 25-10 and 25-18 before rallying off three straight sets for the come-from-behind win. The momentum of the match shifted in the third set as the Peacocks defeated the Cardinals 25-15 in set three, 25-13 in set four, and 15-8 in the fifth. Senior setter Nicole Pozorski fueled the team in their comeback victory behind a triple-double with 41 assists, 12 kills and 10 digs. Her performance was complemented by Zoe Semelroth's 19 kills, McKenna Diermeier's 17 digs, and Alexis Moses' six kills and four blocks.

THE STANDINGS
Quincy sits atop the GLVC standings with a 7-0 mark in conference play. Lewis trails behind in second with a 6-1 record, followed by Rockhurst and Maryville tied for third (6-2).  There is a three-way tie for fifth between Missouri-St. Louis, Illinois Springfield and Indianapolis, all with a 4-3 mark. The standings are rounded out by Missouri S&T (4-4), Upper Iowa (2-5), McKendree (2-5), Truman State (2-5), Drury (2-6), Southwest Baptist (2-6) and William Jewell (1-7).

APPROACHING THE ALL-TIME ASSIST RECORD
