Upper Iowa's season has to come an end, following their 3-0 defeat to the Maryville Saints.

Maryville's offensive attack was clicking on all cylinders in the first half, attempting nine shots on goal. They scored in the 18^th minute on a shot from sophomore forward Ashlyne Hunt, giving her six goals on the year. Assisting on the play was sophomore forward Elsa Nilson-Hurtig and senior midfielder Lexi Gentry. Sophomore goalkeeper Isabelle Wagner recorded eight saves in the first half, highlighted by her making three straight saves in a 41-second span. Sophomore forward Emma Johnston attempted the Peacocks lone shot of the first half, which was missed wide left.

Sophomore forward Rachyl Benavides attempted her first shot of the game a minute into the second half, with her shot sailing wide right. The Saints quickly made it 2-0 just seven minutes into the second half on a goal by junior defender Ulrika Bredin. Senior defender Maddie Dickerman and Gentry assisted on the play. After assisting on both goals, Gentry scored a goal of her own in the 61^st minute on an assist from junior defender Lotte Brands. Wagner recorded only one save in the second half, giving her nine on the day which is one shy of her season-high. The Peacocks would go on to lose 3-0 ending their season with a 2-13-2 record.
