Upper Iowa's first full season in women's lacrosse came to an end on Friday night in St. Paul, Minn. The Peacocks (0-11, 0-8 GLIAC) completed their first season with a 24-1 loss at Concordia University, St. Paul (8-9, 4-4 GLIAC).

The Golden Bears dominated the opening quarter scoring a 12-0 lead after the opening 15 minutes. CSP added four goals in the second, five in the third and three in the final period. Upper Iowa's
Maya Chesky scored the Peacock goal on an assist from
Morgynn Spears in the third quarter. The goal was Chesky's 22
nd of the season, while Spears tallied her seventh assist on the year.

Concordia-St. Paul kept the pressure up to hold the Peacocks to just four shots in the game and forced UIU into 27 turnovers. The Golden Bear offense was able to fire 38 shots at the net.
Izzy Kaczik recorded six saves in the Peacock goal.

CSP was led by Katie (4 goals, 2 assists) and Molly Moynihan (2g, 4a), as well as Erica Peterson (3g, 3a). All three scored six points in the game, while Delaney Davidson (4g, 1a) and Sarah Pierson (4g, 1a) each tallied five points apiece. In total, 12 players scored goals in the game for the home team.
