The No. 11 Vikings of Augustana University used 24 Peacock turnovers to fuel a 42-2 advantage in points off turnovers to run away from their guests and improve to 16-1 on the season and 12-1 in the conference, while UIU drops to 2-17 overall and 0-13 in the NSIC.

Natalie Dinius led the Peacocks with 18 points thanks to 7-10 shooting with four triples on the night. Senior

Angelica De Paulo netted 7 points and grabbed 10 rebounds.
Augustana's defense notched 13 steals while forcing the 24 UIU turnovers and added 13 blocked shots. While the UIU offense struggled, the Viking offense was in high gear registering 23 or more points in each quarter and logging a 29:5 assist to turnover ratio in the game.
The Vikings were led by five players in double figures. Presley O'Farrell paced Augie with 15 points, while Lynsey Prosser scored 11 and Logan O'Farrell, Paige Peterson and Hana Metoxen all netted 10 points apiece. In total, 12 players scored for Augie.
Upper Iowa will line up against the Wildcats of Wayne State College on Saturday at 4 p.m. in Wayne, Neb.
