St. Cloud StateWEBCAST: Minnesota Duluth || St. Cloud State THIS WEEK IN PEACOCK WOMEN'S SOCCERThe Upper Iowa women's soccer team (2-2-2, 1-1-1 NSIC) will play the Minnesota Duluth Bulldogs on Saturday at 12 p.m. and the St. Cloud State Huskies on Sunday at 1 p.m. UIU is 2-5 against the Bulldogs, but beat Duluth 3-0 last year in Fayette. Against the Huskies, UIU owns a 3-1-4 record and has beat SCSU in three straight matches.
LAST WEEK IN PEACOCK WOMEN'S SOCCERUIU had a three match week last week, falling to Winona on Monday, 2-0, tying Augustana on Saturday, 1-1, and beating Wayne State on Sunday, 3-2. All four Peacock goals were scored by different players with 
Savannah Schinto and 
Jordyn Ostrowski scoring their first career goals.  
KEY NOTES TO CONSIDER
1      DEJA VU: The Peacocks were slow out the gates in 2014, but a 3-0 win over Wayne State kickstarted a 10-game unbeaten streak. This season, the Peacocks started in a similar fashion, but came up with a 3-2 win over the Wildcats on Sunday. 
2      MAXIMIZING MADIE: Since arriving on campus for the 2012 women's soccer season, senior 
Madie Edwards has played in 65 matches and talled 58 points, averaging nearly a point per match. More impressively, in games that she has recorded a goal or assist, the Peacocks have a combined record of 20-3. 
3      QUALITY OPPONENTS: Three of the last four Peacock opponents have been ranked in the NSCAA Central Region Poll. Winona State is No. 4 in the poll, Augustana checks in one spot higher at No. 3, while Fort Hays State is holdng down the No. 10 spot. UIU is 2-1-1 over its last four. 
ABOUT THE OPPONENTvs. MINNESOTA DULUTH: The Bulldogs are 2-3-1 in 2015 and 1-1-1 in conference play. UMD was 1-1 last weekend, picking up a 1-0 win over MSU Moorhead before falling to Northern State 3-1 on Sunday.  vs. ST. CLOUD STATE: The Huskies are 2-1-2 to start the season, with a 1-0-2 mark in the NSIC. SCSU tied Northern State, 0-0, on last Saturday, then defeated MSU Moorhead 4-0 on Sunday.
