KEY NOTES TO CONSIDER

1      PINK WEEKEND: Upper Iowa is hosting a Pink Weekend in honor of National Breast Cancer Awareness Month. The Peacocks will be wearing pink uniforms and have a pink ribbon painted on the field along with other pink decorations. The team will be selling baked goods and accepting donations. All proceeds will be donated to breast cancer research.

2      CHASING RECORDS: Senior Madie Edwards continues to have a special season to cap off an incredible career at Upper Iowa. The Crystal Lake, Illinois native now has eight goals in ten games this season, tying her for the second most in UIU history with 30. She also sits at 71 career points, tied for third best in Peacocks history. Edwards has one goal and one assist in her career against this weekend's opponents.

3      ON THE BRINK: The Peacocks have held a lead or been tied in the second half of their last six matches. UIU is 3-2-1 over that span.

ABOUT THE OPPONENT

vs. NORTHERN STATE:
The Wolves have compiled an overall record of 4-5-1, and remain 2-4-1 in the NSIC this season. Notable highlights from the Wolves have come from red shirt freshman Darian Leschewski and junior Anna Brody as they have both scored hat tricks early in the season. Setting them up for shots has been forward Allie Macdonald who has now notched five assists on the year.

vs. MINNESOTA STATE MOORHEAD: The Dragons are 1-5-3 on the season (and 1-5-1 Northern Sun Intercollegiate Conference) after dropping a pair of contests at home last weekend. MSUM lost to No. 10-ranked Minnesota State, 5-0 on Saturday and then suffered a 5-0 loss to Concordia-St. Paul on Sunday. Senior Lindsey Micheletti leads the Dragons in assists (two) and points (four). She also shares the team lead with one goal with juniors Jessica Johnson and Sienna Rebollozo.
