#2 Darryl Overstreet Jr. (QB, 6-2, 215, Sr., Grayslake, Ill. / Grayslake Central HS)

  • Totaled 357 yards of offense and scored three touchdowns in UIU’s 37-22 bowl victory over Hillsdale (Mich.)
  • Was 25-of-34 (73.5%) with 331 yards and two touchdowns through the air
  • Added 26 yards rushing with a touchdown on the ground
  • Threw a 41-yard touchdown and a 13-yard touchdown, along with a 42-yard bomb on the final drive to help secure the win
  • Named Offensive MVP of the Albanese Candy Bowl
  • Marked the first bowl win in program history
  • Aided the Peacocks in winning nine games for the first time in program history
