· Hit .375 for the week with 9 hits including 3 doubles for a .500 slugging percentage
· Scored 4 runs for UIU
· Threw 5 innings against Minnesota Duluth but took the loss despite allowing just three runs on five hits while striking out six Bulldogs
Team:
· UIU went 1-6 this week despite allowing only four runs in five of their games; a 4-2 loss to UMD, two 4-3 losses to Wayne State and a 4-1 defeat to Wayne State. UIU’s win came in a 7-4 decision in the series finale with the Wildcats
· Only two Peacocks hit over .300 on the week; Moser hit .375 while Jacob Greco hit .364 with 8 hits including a double and a homerun
· Taking out the 21 runs allowed in game two against UMD, the Peacock pitchers gave up 20 runs in the remaining five games and starters Mason Buster and Zach Carstens both had their best outings of the season despite tough one-run losses on Saturday at Wayne State.
· The Peacocks will wrap up the 2015 season this week with a double header at Winona State on Wednesday and a four-game home series with Augustana College on Friday and Saturday at Robertson Woods Field.
