The Male S-A of the Year went to Chris Smith (football) and the Female S-A of the Year was awarded to Lauren Buck (women's basketball). For the year, Smith ran for 1,144 yards on 182 carries for averages of 127.1 yards/game and 5.9 yards/carry and 19 touchdowns, the second-most scores in a season in Peacock history. The three-time All-NSIC South Division First Team performer leaves UIU as the all-time leader in rushing yards with 4,347 and touchdowns with 45. Buck was named a First Team All-NSIC performer this season after averaging 16 points and 11.5 rebounds per game. She finished the season with 407 points scored and 300 rebounds, a new UIU single-season record.
